I applied as a job seeker and I met this wonderful Consultant which I now call by her first name and she really is My Consultant. She answered me within one day from the moment I send my CV. It was a very nice e-mail in which she rejected me for the job I wanted but she explained me why and send me some tips how to apply successfully for a job.

Than she invited me for a personal interview. She was so grateful I came to the interview, she thanked me many times, showed a lot of interest in me, asked really good questions, also very critical and smart. She really asked me so many good questions that she now understands what I want to do and what I can. I was really impressed. She didn’t have a job for me at the moment but she promised to get back to me the moment she had something for me.

After our meeting I received every month a newsletter from her, or an e-mail about the labor market and requests for tips for other candidates. She spends time on me and I have the feeling I really matter to her.

One day she called me as she might had a job for me. She send me a PDF document with all the information I could ever wanted to know about the job and the company together with many links and advice how I could best prepare me for the interview.

When I went to the interview with the client she was waiting at the reception to take me up and to introduce me to the client. Again she was so very nice and thanking me many times for coming to the interview. She made me feel very good.

During the interview she asked questions from time to time. When I left she thanked me again and promised to give me feedback without delay. And yes, the next day I got her phone-call that the client still wants to see more candidates and my English and my PC-skills could be better. I was disappointed but I understood she can’t do much about this.

I constantly refer her to all my friends as she really cares. Recently she found me a great job and now I am working there. What is amazing is that she still sends me regularly newsletters and when I was at the end of my trial period she called me how things are going and if she can do something for me.

Also she called me after some 6 months to see how I am doing. Yes, My Consultant is really the best of the best. She also helped me with labor market legislation when I had to be fired due to the crisis. She gave me all the legal prescriptions so I knew my rights and obligations. I am very grateful that I met her and that she is My Consultant.

If you want to be such a great recruiter there is only one thing you need to do: to commit to star quality and treat job seekers the way you would like to be treated: awesome!
