1. Make a detailed Search & Selection Plan and share this with your Team Leader/Manager and your Client,
2. In this Plan you have set a firm date when the successful candidate will be hired by the Client,
3. A date when the client has interviewed of all your candidates,
4. A date when you have introduced your excellent short list of 5 candidates,
5. A date when you have introduced your first excellent candidate,
6. Make a detailed activity plan, per hour, per day, per week, per month,
7. Execute your activity plan relentlessly.
