I read an article the other day about men and power. It was a great read 😉 A psychology study showed that a lot of men see a strong link between power and sex.
So when a powerful man gives a presentation, it will make him horny. Do you know why? People are primates=monkeys. The alpha 
male – at the top of the hierarchy – is allowed to do it with all woman. This instinct is still firmly drilled into our genes. A tough man who going out hunting and getting food (survival). His strong alpha male arms around us when we need it… ladies, isn’t that what we all want?
Give a man a cheering audience, leadership or other means of power and he will (unconsciously) think about sex. How many men recognize themselves in what they are reading here? 🙂 And dare to admit it? 🙂 Men who have money and power are muuuch more attractive to women. Maybe that’s because men with power have a strong inclination to jump to action and take larger risks. They are less inhibited, they even eat more, flirt more, and yes, think about sex more. They process information differently than women, more globally, with less attention to details.
And here is another thing, women don’t have this. Besides, it doesn’t matter to a man if a woman is successful or not. A man doesn’t define the attractiveness of a woman by her success. That is precisely why we can just keep focusing on our actual job. And pay no attention to those hot, young colleagues 🙂
Because if we do decide to use our female charm… the men don’t stand a chance 🙂
That’s why we prefer to keep our work and private lives separate.
