It’s clear. Moscow loves our 2 highly innovative recruitment applications: STAA and the New TalentBase.
STAA stand for Sales & Talent Acquisition Application. The user can upload a vacancy or a CV. And what follows is pure recruitment magic. If you upload a vacancy within a couple of seconds STAA produces a long list of candidates. Than it will communicate with candidates (without that you have to do anything) and in the end you will have a short list of candidates.
If you upload a CV STAA will deliver within a couple of seconds a total overview of all qualifying vacancies for that candidate. With a click the candidate can be introduced to all these vacancies. STAA will find by itself the contact person of those companies, the e-mail addresses of these persons and send an e-mail, including the CV. And everything is done with just a couple of clicks. When we showed this to our recruiters they could only say one thing: “wow, this is magic”….and it actually is.
Our second application is a full-stack recruitment application. The New TalentBase is the Alpha and Omega of recruitment. It covers every aspect of the recruitment process. But it is not only recruitment software. It is loaded with state-of-the-art recruitment know-how. It has marvelous built-in KPI’s. It has best-practice recruitment flows. It has all possible automated communication and data entry flows. Data entry is reduced to an absolute minimum. NTB has a wonderful “track & trace” of the entire pipeline for both the candidate as the client. It’s totally GDPR compatible. It is rich of awesome widgets which makes the life of a recruiter, a manager, the sales staff, HR coordinators a blessing to work with.
