At a drink at the residence of the British Ambassador in Bratislava I asked you if you wanted to start Lugera in Romania and you said with a radiant smile “yes, why not”, and a year later you did so. And look what you achieved. Wow!
You are THE MS. RECRUITMENT in Romania. The most beloved (and if there are people who don’t love you, it’s just envy…and secretly they love you anyhow), most famous HR icon of Romania.
I am more than proud of you. You are a true Chief Happiness Officer, you are a fantastic partner, an awesome mother, a terrific entrepreneur, your heart is one of the biggest in Romania and you are always ready to help all our colleagues, our candidates, our clients, no matter what. You took a first aid class and now you are saving people’s lives on the streets of Bucharest. You are helping puppies who are abandoned by their owners….and you are helping all of us to do every day again a better job.
You have build the coolest HR company in Romania, and probably also the coolest in the region. Also because you have been able to attract an awesome, dynamite and fantastic team of colleagues around you.
