Goals help you manage your time
If you’re working on vacancies and you have not set firm goals you are basically lost as you will work randomly, you will get lost in the many e-mails you receive and at the end of the day, at the end of the week you have not enough candidates to introduce to your clients.
What kind of goals can you think about?
- Set a date when you will have your short list introduced to your client,
- Make an overview of all the search & selection tools you would like to apply,
- Make a daily activity overview of what you are going to do for the entire week,
- Stick to what you planned as much as possible, don’t let yourself be distracted,
- Relentlessly execute your plan and do more than you planned.
That’s it. That is how easy excellent recruitment is. If you can do this you will do between 4 to 12 placements (in permanent staffing) per month.
Good luck
Gerard
